Jumping Castles FAQ

Q. Is a deposit required.
A. No deposit is required.  Cash Payment is made on the day of hire during set up of the Castle. Cheque or bank transfer can be arranged prior to castle hire.

Q. Does the Castle have to be set up on Grass
A. No the castle can be set up on any flat smooth surface with no sharp pieces. 

Q. Do you need power for the castle.
A. Yes we need to be within 30 metres of a power point to run the blower unit that keeps the castle inflated.

Q.What happens if it rains.
A. Light showers or intermittant rain is ok however heavy rain or storms is not suitable for jumping castles. We will call you on the morning of your hire if rain is forcast for the day and discuss your options.

Q. What happens if it is windy.
A. Jumping castles shouldnt be used in strong winds. We will call you on the morning of your hire if strong winds are forcast for the day and discuss your options.

Q. Do I have to supervise the children on the castle.
A. Yes definately. Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult over 18 years old to avoid injury.

Q. Can you supervise the Castle for me.
A. Yes our trained staff can supervise your castle at an additional charge of $25.00 per hour.

Q.Can the children have food and drinks on the castle.
A. No food or drinks or any other items especially sharp objects to be in the castle at any time.

Q. How can I secure a booking.
A. You can email your details to us and we will reply with a confirmation letter or you can call us direct to make the booking on 0425 755 702.

Q.Can adults jump on the castle.
A. NO definately not our castles are only designed for children up to 12 years old.

Q. Can I set up the castle myself.
A. No we have trained staff to set up and pack up the castle due to safety reasons the castle must be set up by our trained staff.

Q. Can I move the castle to another spot if I am not happy where it is.
A. No if you are not happy with the position of the castle you must tell the delivery person before they leave and they will move it for you.

Q. Can I have the Jumping Castle set up in a Public Park.
A. Yes you can providing you have permission or a permit from the local council, and as we do require power if there is no power available you will need to hire a generator at least a 5KVA which we can do on your behalf however the hire costs will be passed on to you.

Q. Do you have a current public libility insurance policy.
A. yes we have a 10million dollar public libility insurance cover.

Q. Will you deliver a castle to an area not mentioned in your delivery area
A. As jumping castle hire prices are based on the amount of distance we travel to deliver and pick up the castle it is very hard to be competitive on price when you travel a long distance, you will find that a castle business closer to where you live would be more cost effective than one from say the other side of town however if we have a theme castle you really would like and are unable to hire from elsewhere feel free to email us and we will do our best to help.
